The Nashville beauty was spotted taking a relaxing walk with her baby daddy in Porto Cervo, Italy on Saturday afternoon when her forming bump was revealed!
Hayden is definitely in the early pregnancy stages, so it’s a little premature to say we can’t wait for the little tyke to arrive!
