We were alarmed when we saw Emma Bunton on crutches yesterday, and now PerezHilton.com has learned the cause of her injury.

The Brit fell during the Spice Girls concert in Las Vegas on Tuesday.

“During the last song they sang – right when they were about to leave – they were walking back to the main stage and Baby Spice fell on the stairs,” a concertgoer tells us. “The other girls helped her get up and walked to their positions before disapearing from the stage.”

Hope she’s fine.
