It’s hard to believe it’s been five years since Hollywood lost one of its brightest stars.
Heath Ledger left behind an unforgettable body of work, but he left something even more important- his daughter Matilda.
Heath’s father Kim and mother Sally still miss their son more than they can say, but they see him every time they look at Matilda. Sally says:
“Matilda is indeed very much like her dad ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ she has long limbs and similar features. However, she also possesses the beauty of her mamma ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ lucky girl.”
The beauty of Michelle Williams? That is fortunate! Kim says:
“Matilda has the same walk as Heath and is such a respectful little kid ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ she calls us ├óΓé¼╦£Papa├óΓé¼Γäó and ├óΓé¼╦£Grandma Sal.├óΓé¼Γäó
Our family has the most wonderful relationship with both Matilda and Michelle. We talk frequently and visit as often as we can.”
That’s good to hear. One of the side effects of tragedy is that sometimes the pain is too much for people to share. It’s good to hear that’s not the case here.
Sometimes the only things that can help you heal after a tragedy are time- and family.
