Oh no!
Heather Mills was skiing in Southern Austria when she crashed into a glacier and broke her shoulder while training for the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games in Russia.
She was immediately rushed to a hospital via helicopter, and while she is in a lot of pain, doctors expect her to make a full recovery.
Hopefully she will still be able to stay on track to compete in the Paralympics!
