The exact cause of death in the case of rapper Heavy D is still a mystery.
His autopsy reports have come back inconclusive which means we’ll have to wait longer for the toxicology reports to come back.
While there were no illegal drugs found in his home, there were prescription drugs given for a cough.
Police still believe his death was medical related, not an act of foul play.
Ugh. Still so sad.
