He left the world too suddenly, but he leaves behind a legacy of music and inspiration that will live on.
Before Heavy D passed away, he tweeted some words of wisdom that we hope will bring some inspiration to those who loved and knew him best.
Earlier yesterday morning, mere hours before he collapsed and was rushed to the hospital, Heavy D took to his Twitter to suggest his followers “BE INSPIRED!” and follow that motto every day. The day before that, he offered another sentiment, posting:
“Never stop believing.. Magic is just science we don’t understand.. Every original idea was considered insanity at first..”
Clearly, he had a real love of life and making each day count. We just with he had gotten more time to do so.
To you, Heavy D! You’ll keep on inspiring people, even when you’re gone!
