The Samuels are moving!
After 6 long months of house hunting, Heidi Klum and her hubby Seal have found a place to call home in Brentwood.
The couple’s new pad is a 12,300-square-foot, 8 bedroom Mediterranean home that’s rich in history.
According to the listing the house features: a 1603 fireplace mantel imported from Scotland, a formal dining room from the Pierre Hotel in Paris, and a fireplace in the library that’s said to be from Napoleon├óΓé¼Γäós farmhouse in France.
Wow!
The Brentwood home, previously owned by an investment banker, had been foreclosed on earlier this year and was priced at a cool $13.4 million.
Hilton & Hyland realtors wouldn’t say how much the famous couple ended up paying other than it was “significantly more than the asking price”.
