The supermodel was watching her son Henry play soccer, but he came out of the game with a bloody nose!
Luckily, his mom is perfection and stopped it right up with a tissue, high fived her little guy and sent him back out to kick some butt!
And then her boyfy Martin Kristen gave Heidi a big ole hug because how does a person deal with blood and keep a shirt that white?!
