On Saturday afternoon, Katherine Heigl hosted a baby shower at her Los Feliz home for Ellen Pompeo.
The mom-to-be, who looks ready to pop any day now, was joined by 25 of her closest friends, including fellow Grey’s Anatomy castmates, Kate Walsh and Sandra Oh.
Not letting the scorching L.A. temperatures over the weekend bring the party down, the shower was held outside complete with umbrellas to provide shade for the guests.
With pink flower arrangements and gift wrap, it’s no secret that Pompeo and her husband, Chris Ivery, are scheduled to welcome a baby girl in October.
We have to say that was a pretty nice gesture coming from Heigl. Who knew she actually had friends on the show which works her SO hard 17 hours a day?
