The attack went down Tuesday in Beverly Hills, after the unexpecting star was got her nails did.
Hil was crossing the street when this nobody (totally JK!) snuck into one of the paparazzi’s shots. Momma Duff’s time at the spa must have put her in a jolly mood, cuz she seemed to think the whole this was HIGHlariooos!
