Hilary is making sure she isn’t neglecting the rest of her loved ones as she stepped out for a special birthday dinner for her older sister, Haylie Duff.

With hubby Mike Comrie by her side, Hilary treated her sister to dinner at Craig’s Restaurant in El Lay.
And while it looks like baby Luca wasn’t on hand, we’re sure he was all his doting mom could think about!
