We realize we call A LOT of babies the cutest babies ever, but this baby is the ORIGINAL cutest baby ever!
Hilary Duff‘s Luca was spotted rolling around his Fisher Price vehicle with the help of his beautiful mommy!
We guess it is better for parents to teach ’em while they’re young, and a person definitely needs to do a lot of driving in sunny El Lay. Hilary is just giving her son a head start!

We guess that baby is cruising down the street, looking out the window, sipping on milk and juice – laid back.
