It seems like Twitter exists for two reasons:
1. To be hacked and to have random people post embarrassing things as you.
2. To respond to rumors.
Extra Credit – To not use hashtags right.

Hilary Duff is using it for #2, and she hopped on the social networking site to destroy rumors about her smoking!
Here’s what she said:
Yikes me holding a cigarette for my friend might have been a bad idea! pretty bummed about the photo.. Sorry guys, looks worst than it is!
