Hilary Duff's Pups Anxiously Await The New Baby

Hilary Duff is CRAZY preggers.
Like fourth trimester pregnant! (Impossible, we know).
She’s so ready to pop that even her dogs are anxiously awaiting the new baby!
She tweeted the above pic and wrote:

‘Funny pups. Yes I know Lola’s has a very.. Um.. Unique hair cut! Still trying to grow back from her surgery!’

Ha! They’re all just lined up on the stairs!
