Emma Bunton‘s foot injury at a concert in Las Vegas on Tuesday is throwing a wrench into the Spice Girls comeback plans.

The ladies posed for photos at London’s Heathrow airport on Thursday as they christened the opening of the new Virgin Atlantic terminal.

Bunton was pushed away from Heathrow in a wheelchair.

Her injured ankle has forced the band to pull out of a TV performance. The Spice Girls were due to appear on the BBC reality show Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday – ahead of their first performance at London’s O2 Arena the same night – but they have cancelled now.

It’s unknown if Baby will recover in time to perform on Saturday, the first night of the band’s 17 evening stint in London.

Bunton is expected to see a doctor on Friday to reassess the situation.

It’s nothing a little vodka and a lot of vicodin can’t fix!
