Gretchen Rossi of The Real Housewives of Orange County didn’t show up to court today and the judge issued a bench warrant as a result!
But the judge has held the bench warrant for one week meaning she won’t get arrested if she shows up next Thursday at 8:30 a.m.
Rossi was due in court for a debtor examination related to the $18,900 she owes ex Jay Photoglou. Jay’s lawyer explains:
├óΓé¼┼ôA lawyer from the firm Gretchen hired showed up in court and asked for a continuance because Gretchen├óΓé¼Γäós lawyer was unavailable. Gretchen didn├óΓé¼Γäót show up and the judge then issued a bench warrant for her arrest, holding it to give them the opportunity for her to come to court.”
With interest and costs associated with their attempts to collect, Rossi now owes over $21K.
