This may be the most insane car chase you’ll see all year. And yes, we’re very aware that we’re only two weeks into 2015!
The ABC news affiliate in Houston was covering this high-speed police chase on Thursday morning. These chases often end in a dramatic stand-off … or in this case jump-off.
Yes, the two suspects bailed out of their minivan and jumped off Beltway 8 … at least a 20 foot drop!
The suspects appeared unharmed and continued running to a warehouse.
Eventually, police caught up with them and they were arrested. One suspect was unconscious at the time of his arrest, after reportedly overdosing on pills, not the fall itself.

The entire chase started because the suspects were knocking on doors in a local neighborhood and acting peculiarly. The chase lasted nearly half an hour, with over 10 cars from multiple law enforcement agencies.
We’re just glad no one else got hurt!
