A more coherent (at least compared to today) Paula Abdul tries to explain to a group of tweens how to do the Barbie dance.
Unfortunately, Abdrool made it way too complicated for the childrenz and their 15 second attention span. So while she runs around the studio attempting to embed the moves in their brains they mostly flail around for the 5 minutes of cruel and unusual punishment.
