After announcing their engagement to the world, Prince William and Kate Middleton had a very low-key celebration.
William had to report back for duty in North Wales while Kate stayed in London and celebrated with her girlfriends.
Kate threw a small dinner party for 12 of her closest friends at Clarence House where Prince Charles also resides. The group “wined and dined” until the wee hours of the morning.
Soon after, Kate traveled back to her family’s Bucklebury, Berkshire home to begin making wedding plans.
Things are moving fast!
And since England├óΓé¼Γäós Prime Minister David Cameron commented that their April 2011 wedding will be “a day of national celebration,” Kate should take advantage of her time with family and friends now before things get REALLY cray cray!
