How to Have a Fabulous Bump

Let’s face it – every bump is different! But whether your bump is large or small, there are a few things you can do to keep it looking fabulous during your pregnancy.

We asked TV fitness guru Jules Baxter for a few tips, and here’s what she suggested:

-Eat more whole grains, fruits, and vegetables
-Try to avoid eating lots of sweets
-Get plenty of sleep
-Stay active!

Doing all of these things will help your bump looking awesome and keep the little one inside happy!
