Hulk Hogan wins again!
On Wednesday, a judge upheld the wrestler’s legal victory against Gawker in that sex tape lawsuit. For those who may not remember, a jury ruled that the 62-year-old would receive $115 million from the gossip site, as well as another $25 million in punitive damages, for a grand total of $140 million.
The webpage’s founder, Nick Denton, had filed a motion to try and get the celeb’s winnings reduced, or just have the jury’s verdict thrown out altogether, and get a new trial ordered.

However, Florida Circuit Judge Pamela Campbell decided the TV personality’s winnings would not be touched, and shot down Gawker’s request for a new trial.
But the fight’s not over yet.
Now that the magistrate has officially settled how much the site owes Mr. Hogan, the case will move on to the appeal stage, since Nick is battling the celeb’s big victory.
