Haven’t seen the free preview of Hulk Hogan‘s sex tape yet?
Even though he’s suing the shiz out of Gawker for posting it, there’s still time!
A federal judge has denied his attorney’s request for the site to immediately remove the sensitive footage and explained:
“Upon consideration, Plaintiff has failed to show that immediate and irreparable injury, loss or damage will result before Defendants can be heard in opposition.”
Now Hogan has to wait for a November 8 hearing for a judge to issue a different decree, while the defendant being sued for $100 million has until November 2 to respond to the lawsuit.
Looks like someone isn’t a fan of Hulkmania!!!
