Damien Hirst is safe for another day, but the same can’t be said of the poor schmuck that is dating Lily Allen at the moment.
Attempting to find a normal playmate, Lily gravitated out of the entertainment bubble to find a new boyfriend. His name is Sam Cooper, a painter and decorator in North London. You don’t get anymore away from famous than that. But Lily is quite taken with him, sources say.
We think she is attracted more to the paint fumes than the man, but insiders suggest: “She wanted to go out with someone her own age who isn’t involved in music or the media. Sam is really down to earth. He grafts hard for a living as a painter and decorator and leads a totally normal life. Lily is completely smitten with him. They have known each other for a while but have only just started dating properly.”
Wonder how long he will last before he gets a clue and bails? If his is really as normal as they are making him out to be, we give him to the end of the week.
