According to reports, the NYPD says “anti-Semitic messages” were discovered on the stairwell inside Union Temple synagogue just before Glazer’s event was scheduled to start.
A source told the New York Post that the messages included the phrase “Kill all Jews” scrawled on a door. WTF?!
Glazer, who had been scheduled to interview a journalist and two political candidates at the synagogue minutes after discovery of the messages, went outside to tell the crowd that the event had to be canceled.
According to one person who was there in the crowd, Glazer told the waiting attendees:

“She didn’t feel comfortable ushering 200 people into the enclosed space; potential sitting ducks … There was a lot of anxiety. Especially given last weekend’s events and the upcoming election, the tension and fear feels heightened.”

No kidding…
