How are they supposed to complain about this without cells phones? Is e-mail banned too?
India’s Village Lank has banned unmarried women from using cell phones in an effort to keep them from arranging their own marriages.
If caught using a cell phone, these women could be punished by death!
Even worse, they’re still allowing unmarried men to use cell phones under parental supervision. What an absurd double standard!
This is a really awful rule, and we hope somebody speaks up about it!
