What a happy day for Indio Downey and his family!
On Tuesday, a judge dismissed Indio’s drug possession case due to his participation in a drug diversion program. The legal rep also wiped Downey’s entire drug record clean.

The decision comes as a big relief after the now 22-year-old was arrested for drug possession in West Hollywood back in 2014. The scandal obviously devastated Indio’s dad and former drug addict, Robert Downey Jr..
As the actor looked on, I.D. told the judge:
“I would like to say I am truly grateful for the experience I had over the last 20 months in recovery. I’m so blessed to have my life back. I hope to be an inspiration to work with others in the future.”
Sounds like Downey is made a big turn around… hopefully he’ll be able to maintain his recovery!
