Iron Man 3 is already location scouting and has reportedly picked a location in Troy, NY for the villains laboratory!
A local news source for the city confirms that Marvel is interested in using Troy’s EMPAC building, which stands for Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center, created by the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
What evil villain will fill this evil laboratory, you ask?
Rumors are afloat that the magical Manderin will be the next bad guy!
The third film of the franchise will be shot directly after 2012’s The Avengers, aiming for a 2013 release date!
