Though last week the Green Day musical American Idiot garnered itself a Tony nomination, the show itself is having a lot of trouble.
Sources confirm that the show has been playing to under a 70% capacity for some time now, which isn’t good considering all of the press for the show in the last few weeks.
Has the novelty worn off or are theatre goers just not interested?
What gives?
