Is Jay-Z Feeling the Credit Crisis Pinch?

That didn’t last long!

According to a new report, Jay-Z and his partners are selling their 40/40 Club in Las Vegas for an undisclosed amount.

Jay-Z and crew only opened the club in January 2008!

No reason was given for the sale of the Vegas branch, but Jay-Z did issue the following statement:

“The sale is a great business decision; we are delighted. We look forward to expanding the brand even further to Chicago and Tokyo.”

The Vegas branch must have been sucking big time!
