In the latest of Grey’s misfortunes, former gay-hater Isaiah Washington is facing eviction if he doesn’t pony up $100,000 in late rent.
His landlord claims that Washington is 5 months late on rent payments for his $3.5 million Los Angeles home.
Washington’s got 3-4 days to pay up and the management is asking for “past-due rent of $100,000, reasonable attorney fees, forfeiture of the agreement, damages at the rate stated in item 11 [$3,333 per day] for each day the defendants remain in possession through entry of judgment.”
Somebody needs a job – and pronto!
