A man by the name of Paul Peterson filed a petition to have an “independent guardian” appointed by the courts to watch over the octo-spawns’ money, but an Orange County judge shut him down!

The judge called the order an “unprecedented, meritless effort by a stranger” in court on Friday and ordered Peterson to drop the matter.

Why does he care so much anyway????
