The repulsive Rascal won this year’s big prize.
Rascal is also in the Ring of Champions for winning the World’s Ugliest Dog title in 2002 and has now won more ugly dog contests than any dog in history.
Rascal is 4th in ugly dog dynasty to win World title and his grandfather is in Guinness World Records for winning 8 World’s Ugliest Dog Tiles.
