Jack Osbourne is honoring his late father with his new daughter.

On Wednesday, Jack and his wife Aree Osbourne announced they welcomed their new daughter — and they gave her the sweetest name! In honor of the legendary Ozzy Osbourne, the couple revealed her name is Ozzy Matilda. Aww!
