Legendary kung fu hero Jackie Chan was a panelist at the Boao Forum on Saturday in China and, boy, did the actor let the moronic comments fly!
Said Chan of the Chinese people: “I’m gradually beginning to feel that we Chinese need to be controlled. If we’re not being controlled, we’ll just do what we want.”
Oh, really now???
Nobody will find that offensive, no!
Jackie, originally from Hong Kong, also has beef with the youth of China, believing that “they like other people’s things. They don’t like their own things.”
And the icing on the cake? “If I need to buy a TV, I’ll definitely buy a Japanese TV. A Chinese TV might explode,” said Chan.
Yikes!!
