Jaden Smith Opens Up About Working On A Film With His Pops Will Smith!

You might’ve heard that Will Smith and Jaden Smith are going to be in a new movie together.
But now Jaden is talking about the working relationship he has with his father on set, and how the two manage to make sweet, sweet pictures together.
Here’s what he said:

“It├óΓé¼Γäós kind of like father and son, except that we├óΓé¼Γäóre both going to work together. [Points to his dad.] Like you worked in your family business with your dad. I├óΓé¼Γäóm just working in my family business with my dad. Patterns, boom.”

He also talked about how working on After Earth is different from the first movie that he worked on with his father – The Pursuit Of Happiness.
Here’s what he said:

“Well, with the first movie [Pursuit of Happiness], he was teaching me along the way. This is how the camera works. You do several takes. Like, literally everything you need to know about movies. And then, in├é┬áKarate Kid,├é┬áhe was kind of holding my hand and watching me distill those rules. And then on├é┬áAfter Earth, he was like,├é┬áAll right, you├óΓé¼Γäóre an actor, I├óΓé¼Γäóm an actor, let├óΓé¼Γäós make a movie together.So it was like a collaboration, you know what I├óΓé¼Γäóm saying?”

So interesting!
We are SO excited to see Jaden and Will Smith’s work in After Earth.
