Not surprisingly, the lawyers representing Dark Knight Rises gunman James Holmes announced in court Thursday that they believe James to be mentally ill, and need more time to assess his condition before entering a plea.
Most likely, Holmes’ representatives WILL plea insanity.
Holmes is being charged with 24 counts of murder and 116 counts of attempted murder, after ‘allegedly’ opening fire on movie patrons at an Aurora, CO movie theater killing 12 and wounding dozens.
