James Horner's Assistant Confirms That The Titanic Composer Was The Pilot Who Died In That Plane Crash

no title
We were really hoping this wasn’t going to be the case, but it looks like James Horner was the pilot who died in the plane crash early Monday morning.
As we reported earlier, a solo plane registered to Oscar-winning composer James Horner crashed near Santa Barbara at around 9:30a.m., and the pilot was found dead at the scene.
James was the only person on board, and at first, authorities couldn’t figure out who was flying the plane because of a brush fire that burnt up most of the remains upon impact.
The 61-year-old’s assistant Sylvia Patrycja confirmed that it was the Titanic composer who tragically died in the accident later on in the day.
Our hearts are with James’ friends and family at this time.
Rest in peace, James.
