Bond Is Officially Back!

It just got real.

Back in November, we reported that MGM was planning on releasing the new James Bond movie in Nov 2012.

Now, an official release date of November 9, 2012 has been announced for Bond 23.

The film is slated to begin production late this year, with Daniel Craig set to reprise his role as James Bond, and Sam Mendes attached to direct.

The script was written by Quantum of Solace writers Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, as well as Hugo Cabret writer John Logan.

Nice to see how MGM was able to pull this one together. For a while, it was def looking like Bond was almost gone.
