Life for Jamie Lynn Spears‘ eight-year-old is back to normal, despite almost drowning in a pond after a scary ATV accident earlier this month. Now that’s what we like to hear!

On Tuesday, the Zoey 101 alum took to Instagram to share a video of her daughter Maddie playing basketball (below). AH-Mazing!
Let’s go, Maddie! This footage certainly feels like a miracle as Britney Spears‘ niece’s accident was life-threatening.
In case you forgot, after the kiddo’s ATV flipped over, Miz Spears’ daughter with ex Casey Aldridge was submerged in a pond for several minutes before she was rescued, resuscitated, and airlifted to the Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. So scary!
Thankfully, the youngster regained consciousness only a few days later and showed no signs of neurological damage. We mean, young Maddie has healed so much faster than we even thought possible!
We’re honestly so happy to see that Jamie Lynn’s daughter is doing so well after such a terrifying ordeal. Maddie is one brave little cookie!
