Jamie Lynn vs Mom: It's War!

Little Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant AND engaged, but Momma Spears isn’t going to let this baby lose her money in divorce!
Lynne is (rightfully) said to be insisting that the couple sign a pre-nup.
A source tells In Touch Weekly, “The contract is already drawn up and ready to go. Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants, as long as Casey signs the contract.”
A family friend says Lynne is worried about Casey and is aware of rumors that he’s a cheater. He adds, “Lynne is keeping an eye on him. He doesn’t seem as committed to the relationship as Jamie Lynn.”
Momma spears is currently back in Kentwood to celebrate Jamie Lynne’s birthday this Friday.
The soon-to-be new mommy is turning 17. She’s almost old enough to vote!
