The beauty world continues to do the most!
The latest thing is jamsu — dunking your face in water to set your makeup! No, we are not kidding.

The trend was started by beauty vlogger YoonCharmi, and it immediately caught on, particularly taking off in South Korea.
It involves first applying your primer, concealer, and foundation, then applying loose powder or baby powder all over to set the makeup.
The dunking comes next, with about 30 seconds of submergence in cold water necessary to fully set the makeup. Afterwards, you either allow your face to air dry, or you very gently and very carefully pat your face dry to prevent smudging.
Then you can apply eye makeup and lipstick as usual, and your face will stay matte all day. Magic!
It actually sounds like quite a bit of work, but if you don’t want an oily shine on your face all day, it might be just the ticket!
