Janet Jackson will chair amfAR Milano, the first annual benefit for AIDS research held during Milan Fashion Week.
Kevin Robert Frost, amfAR’s chief executive officer says that, “We are profoundly grateful to Janet Jackson for joining amfAR as a chair of its first event in Milan. She brings incomparable grace and history of dedication to the fight against AIDS.”
The benefit, which will take place on September 28th, is being presented by DSquared2, BMW Group Italia, and Lambertz and is in partnership with Vanity Fair and the hotel Westin Place Milano. The benefit will include cocktails, dinner, dancing, an auction, and (best of all) a performance by the lovely Miz Dita Von Teese.
What a fun way to give back!
We wish we could go!
