As her billionaire boyfriend Wissam Al Mana apparently popped the question AND they are planning an elaborate wedding set for next Spring!
Wissam reportedly gave a VERY decadent, expensive ring to Janet earlier this year, but she keeps it locked up because she’s afraid she’ll lose it!

The wedding itself is going to be an excessive affair, and one source points out:
“He is flying in all of Janet’s friends and family on private jets. He wants to get a top chef to create a custom menu.”
Good thing Mr. Mana knows that his ladylove of two years deserves THE BEST!
