January Jones has been on Mad Men since 2007, but she’s only been nominated for an Emmy as a lead actress ONCE!
And now that her character is no longer married to dreamboat Don Draper, her screen-time has decreased dramatically.
So … She has made the switch from lead to supporting actress when she put her name in for this year’s consideration. SMART!
While sources confirm her role will play heavily toward the end of this season, we all know it won’t be enough for the Emmy voters!
Just don’t tell Betty Francis… There’s only so much ice cream in one supermarket, LOLz!
