Japan Pets Celebrate Their First Year

The Japanese take their pets seriously!

Much like the nations “Coming Of Age Day” taking place on the second Monday of each year in which 20-year-old’s celebrate being able to vote and drink alcohol, pets are celebrated after turning 1.

Many pet owners seem to think that an animal is no different then a human and they deserve a celebration to wish them a long and happy life.
