Jared Fogle probably should have seen this coming!
Following the recent development that the 37-year-old is being charged with soliciting sexual acts from minors, his wife is filing for divorce.
Katie Fogle shares two children with the former Subway spokesperson, which only must have made her decision that much more difficult.

In addition to being “extremely shocked and disappointed”, she shared in a new statement:
“I am in the process of seeking a dissolution of the marriage. My focus is exclusively on the well-being of my children. Neither I nor my family will have any further comment on the matter.”
We feel for her.
But she has to do what’s best for the kids!
