Jared Leto Sexual Misconduct Allegations: The Disturbing Questions He Allegedly Asked 16-Year-Old Girl Over The Phone

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

More details have emerged about the phone calls Jared Leto allegedly made to a 16-year-old.

On Wednesday, several women came forward revealing disturbing new allegations of sexual misconduct against the Masters of the Universe actor in BBC’s documentary, Jared Leto: Hollywood’s Dark Secret. One woman in particular, identified in the exposé as Etta, claims she met Jared years ago outside the Ford modeling agency in LA. Etta claims she was 16 years old at the time and that the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman told her he was 42.

As of 2026, Jared is 54. So according to Etta’s account, their meeting would have allegedly taken place sometime around 2014. She went on to claim the Dallas Buyers Club actor asked for her email so he could invite her and her mother to an Oscars party. Jared notably won Best Supporting Actor in 2014 for his role in the aforementioned film.

In the doc, Etta claims she denied Jared’s invitation, but that he gave her his number and told her, “Text me.” She says she did, and after a few days of allegedly exchanging messages, Etta claims Jared began calling her from “a private number” — for a reason she has her own opinion on:

“I think he did his best to make sure there was no proof.”

You may be asking yourself, “Why would she think that?” Well, according to Etta, the phone calls “quickly” became inappropriate.

Etta claims Jared asked her several explicit questions, including, “Are you a virgin?” “Do you have any kinks?” and if she could “squirt.” Etta goes on to allege Jared suggested the pair have sex:

“He did at least once mention him and I having sex at some point. I remember feeling nervous, a little anxious, a little uncomfortable, but at the time I remember I had a really hard time saying no to things, or putting boundaries up.”

Elsewhere in the documentary, Etta alleges the Suicide Squad actor asked to share her number with someone named Christian, who she says called her frequently and “wanted to hire me to shoot porn” despite allegedly being aware she was a minor. She claims the pair were both “really obsessed with mentioning the possibility of squirting.”

Etta was asked if she believes it was the same person placing the phone calls, and she responded:

“I think it would not be that surprising if that ended up being the truth.”

She goes on to detail an NDA Jared allegedly sent her that would prevent her from speaking about their alleged back-and-forth, but that she refused to sign it. In the documentary, four other women alleged to have received calls from Jared. In total, four of five of them claim to have been teens at the time.

In response to the bombshell accusations on Wednesday, Jared strongly denied any and all allegations of sexual misconduct in a statement to TMZ:

“I have never sexually assaulted anyone in my entire life. These claims are absolutely and categorically false.”
