Jared Leto stepped out in New York City the other day, and it looks like he might have been a bit drunk while getting dressed.
Or maybe he got ready in the dark? Or he had a small child put together his outfit that day?
Whatever the case may be, Jared was spotted in an incredibly strange outfit that has us seeing the Fourth Doctor from Doctor Who!
Seriously, they could be twins if he shaved off that beard!
Maybe Jared’s preparing for a guest role in the show! Hey, ya never know!
