
Jason Aldean was on the stage at the Route 91 Harvest Festival on the Las Vegas strip when a madman opened fire with a modified assault rifle, killing 59 and injuring hundreds.
And now, just over a month later the country star is sharing his experience in his first interview since the shooting.

From the preview posted by Today, it seems Jason’s first memory was complete confusion at what was going on; he thought the noise of the gunfire was a technical glitch:
“I was actually getting kind of aggravated, so I looked over at the monitor guy on the side of the stage, and I was like, ├óΓé¼╦£What is that? And fix it.’ And when I turned and looked, my guitar player had run behind me and was telling me to move, like, ├óΓé¼╦£Let’s go.'”
