Jason Patric Is Fighting For Donor's Paternal Rights!!

His kid is so cute – we’re sure anyone would fight for the right to see him.

Lost Boys‘ Jason Patric is entrenched in a custody battle after he lost all parental rights of his son Gus.

But the actor hasn’t taken his losses and given up. Instead, as he mentioned to Katie Couric – he’s now not only fighting for the right to see his own son, but is also backing a new law in California that would give sperm donors more rights.

Mr. Patric claims he’s had his son “stolen from him” and he hopes a new law will make sure that never happens to any sperm donating fathers ever again!
